New Yorkers, get ready to celebrate the whole Big Apple. The quintessential New York store officially opens a permanent location in the city.

This Saturday, October 22, New York or Nowhere (NYON), the hip, celebrity-favorite lifestyle brand that celebrates the very essence of the city, finally opens its first permanent store in midtown Manhattan. Located at 250 Lafayette Street, the store will have 1,000 square feet of space featuring activewear, accessories and homewares for New Yorkers and New York fans to shop.

Aiming to capture the pulse of the city, the store itself will be inspired by some iconic New York looks. Tin ceilings and brick walls will remind guests of city buildings and famous downtown lofts, while mosaic borders inspired by New York’s favorite Greek coffee cup will add a quirky touch to the interior. space. The boxes will be in the colors of the Statue of Liberty, while the green leather benches will pay homage to the benches of Central Park.

The brand was born in 2020 in response to the containment linked to COVID-19. At the time, headlines around the world described NYC as “dead”, so the founders of NYoN decided to do something to celebrate and support the city during darker times.
