Users are again seeing outages with Apple services, although this time limited to “intermittent issues” with the App Store and with Apple Music.
Just over a month after Apple’s iCloud services experienced widespread downtime, users are reporting new issues. One, regarding Apple Pay & Wallet, was resolved in less than an hour on Sunday, April 24, but two others were recorded by Apple as ongoing.
According to Apple System status page, both issues were logged at 11:41 a.m. Eastern. Apple says “all users are affected”.
This doesn’t mean that Apple Music and the App Store are down for all users, but it does mean that the issue isn’t limited to particular servers or regions. Apple says App Store users “may experience an issue with this service.”
For Apple Music users, the problem is described as users “may be experiencing intermittent issues”.
The App Store issue is likely the reason for recent reports online that sensitivity labels are currently not appearing in app listings.
